How do I log on?
Please go to www.stockcross.com, enter your Online ID (which is defaulted as your account number), enter your default password to initial setup.
What is my Online ID or Username?
Your Online ID or Username is initially defaulted as your account number. Once you log on to the new Investor Trading Platform you can assign a username to log into your account, rather than your account number.
What is my default password?
Your default password is capital "STX" followed by the month you were born (MM in two digits), and the last two digits of your birth year (YY), and the last four digits of your Social Security Number (SSSS). Your password will look like this "STXMMYYSSSS" If you were born in April of 1960 and your last four digits of your SSN are 2727, your default password is "STX04602727".
I do not have a SSN - what will my default password be?

Can I add additional security?
You can create a password to place trades under 'Account Settings' > 'Login'
What if I have multiple/linked accounts?
Your accounts will remain linked, please login using your primary account number.
The system will not let me exceed my buying power/cash available. I used to be able to do that. Why can't I now?
The SEC now requires more stringent risk management controls when allowing automated access to the Markets. Setting the system logic to allow people to spend what they do not have makes no sense. It helps a customer from going overboard by accident; it saves you from yourself! One accidental "0" in the quantity could be disastrous!
I'm a long standing customer, I'd like to place my order and pay in three days. Why won't the system allow me to do that?
Please call our trading department; they will review the account, assess the risk, and place the order for you.
Why is the balance in my "Snapshot" different than the balance in the "Balances" section?
The Snapshot shows the balance at the close of the previous market day. In order to view your current (intraday) balance, refer to the the "My Accounts" tab, then the "Account Balances" section. Your intraday balance will show what your current balance is for that day. If it displays 0.00, then it means your snapshot balance is current.
How far back can I view my activity?
You can view your account activity for the previous two years under 'My Account/s' > 'Transaction History'
How do I log off?
The logoff button is located at the upper right hand corner of the screen.
